What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning system built on constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. The CrossFit program's focus is to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy; we lift weights, swing kettlebells, push sleds, climb ropes, jump rope, run and row.
Beginners and Experienced CrossFit Athletes welcome!
CrossFit for Adults
Regular classes of CrossFit and Strength & Conditioning starting at 6:00am and continuing in the evening.
CrossFit Kids Classes
Indtroductory CrossFit Strength and Conditioning classes for children. Bring your kids along on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday.
Learn the fundamentals of Strength & Conditioning and Olympic weightlifting technique.
Fully Equipped CrossFit Affiliate
Learn the techniques of CrossFit with us and get in the best shape of your life. Our friendly CrossFit certified Strength and Conditioning coaches Niall and Warren will guide you through fun and challenging classes.
Discounts available for students and couples
2 sessions per week
You can drop in anytime once you've completed the CrossFit foundation course.
3 sessions per week
Train any three days in a week.
